Bridging Leaders (BLP) is a four month program aimed at raising the capacity of leaders who have to navigate multiple roles/frames within an organization (or even multiple organizations!). Unlike most leadership training, which have people considering one perspective to set their vision and mission, our Bridging Leaders Program is meant to help people navigate competing interests across multiple roles, groups, institutions, etc.
Applications due: September 10th, 2022.

Mac Mindfulness 2022
Ready to try mindfulness or want to expand your existing practice? Mac Mindfulness invites you to participate in a 4-week mindfulness program to help you develop a more grounded perspective on your work and personal life experiences. These sessions are guided by Koru, an evidence-based mindfulness curriculum designed originally for university-aged adults that is now being widely used across campuses and in communities.
The course will help you to better manage your stress and focus. Mindfulness participants who have completed the program have learned and applied the mindfulness-based, stress-management strategies and reported that they feel improved calmness and greater self-compassion and awareness. |

Wikipedia: A Series - Starting from Scratch |
|
|
Originally presented on November 9, 2021.
Have you read Wikipedia recently? Do your learners or trainees read Wikipedia? Do you want to disseminate your publications or the publications of your peers beyond your professional community? Wikipediaโs health and medical pages are accessed with more frequency than any other health information web site in the world, with disproportionate access from geographic areas where access to physicians, hospitals, or trusted government information is limited.
If you have knowledge, you have knowledge to share. Learn from our expert speaker, Denise Smith, a Wikipedia researcher with expertise in Wikipedia as a consumer health information resource.
