Bridging Leaders (BLP) is a 4-month program aimed at raising the capacity of leaders who have to navigate multiple roles/frames within an organization (or even multiple organizations!). Unlike most leadership training, which have people considering one perspective to set their vision and mission, our Bridging Leaders Program is meant to help people navigate competing interests across multiple roles, groups, institutions, etc.

Applications due: September 10th, 2022.
