Read Arig al Shaibah's essay on Mobilizing and Sustaining EDI Change in the Academy through Leadership, Governance, and Accountability, here .
Leaders in the Faculty of Health Sciences must stand against anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism. Our Black, Indigenous, and persons of color (BIPOC) learners, our peers, and our colleagues continue to experience racism, oppression, and microaggressions across FHS learning environments and clinical settings. McMaster's Associate VP Equity and Inclusion, Arig al Shaibah, discusses necessary preconditions to advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Let's join together to promote inclusive excellence here at McMaster.

For more on Anti-Racism for Leaders, check out this workshop, as part of our 14th Annual Day in Faculty Development.
Collaboration & Productivity Showcase: How the McMaster Community Adapted to Remote Teaching, Learning and Working
The momentous shift to working remotely and to online learning positioned McMaster instructors and staff to reach their desired outcomes in exciting new ways. The creative use of these technologies provided new possibilities.
Join a panel of students and instructors as they share how they leveraged collaboration and productivity tools and discovered new possibilities – also for the future. Learn how to implement key productivity and collaboration features when using Microsoft 365 and Zoom. See what was possible and discover what is possible.
